Clarity

I start by listening and establishing the facts. I compare what leaders intend, what has actually been communicated, and how the people doing the work understand it. The gaps between them are often where the real problem begins to surface.

Alignment

Problems are hard to solve when people are working from different facts or toward different goals. I bring leaders and teams together around shared facts, clear expectations, and defined ownership. Accountability and respect have to coexist.

Execution

A diagnosis only matters if it changes the outcome. I stay with difficult problems through root-cause analysis and corrective action, establishing the reporting and operating cadence leaders need to sustain the solution.

For twenty-five years, I have worked inside aviation and aerospace, from aircraft maintenance and frontline leadership to program performance and senior advisory work.

Most recently, my portfolio within a global aerospace business covered roughly 6,500 employees across programs and functions at more than 60 locations worldwide. I identified the organizational conditions affecting execution across that footprint.

I advised presidents and vice presidents and built systems that revealed patterns across the portfolio, giving leaders a clear basis for action.

Throughout my career, formal citations and awards have recognized technical excellence, leadership, courage, and follow-through. Those honors span military commendations, awards at the business-segment and senior vice president levels, and the corporation’s highest individual honor for leadership, presented by its CEO.

An early award citation described me as “a Marine with unlimited growth potential” who lived by the ethos “lead by example.” That is still the standard.
